Cheesy Tadka Maggi – A Simple Comfort Recipe (Indian Special)
Maggi is more than just instant noodles — it’s comfort food that can be customized in endless ways. Today, I made a simple yet flavourful version of Cheesy Tadka Maggi using basic ingredients available in my kitchen. The result was spicy, creamy, and extremely satisfying.
Ingredients Used:
- Garlic paste
- Onions (chopped)
- Mirch powder
- Normal Maggi masala
- Veggies
- Cheese
- Maggi noodles
- Oil
- Water
Step-by-Step Method:
Step 1:
Heat a little oil in a pan. Add garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds until the raw smell disappears and the aroma comes out.
Step 2:
Add chopped onions and cook them until they turn soft and slightly golden.
Step 3:
Sprinkle mirch powder and mix well to release the spice and flavour.
Step 4:
Add veggies and sauté lightly so they remain fresh and slightly crunchy.
Step 5:
Pour in water and add the normal Maggi masala. Let it come to a boil, allowing the flavours to blend well.
Step 6:
Add the Maggi noodles and cook until they are soft and well coated with the masala.
Step 7:
Turn off the flame and add cheese at the end. Mix gently until the cheese melts and gives the Maggi a creamy texture.
